What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter is provided with expert crew members, safety gear, fuel, and a selection of basic beverages. Different packages offer varying inclusions — for example, evening voyages include upscale appetizers and premium beverages, while business charters offer amenities like conference tools and specialized catering options.
When should I make my booking?
Booking 2–3 weeks before your desired date is recommended to secure your slot, with the months from May to September being the busiest. For business gatherings and private functions, reserve your spot 4–6 weeks in advance for better availability and to allow time for personalized requests.
What is the protocol for adverse weather?
Your safety is our highest concern. In the event that our captain assesses the weather as unsafe, we'll propose an alternative date or issue a full refund. We keep a close eye on weather patterns and will inform you 24 hours prior to departure if the forecast is uncertain.
May I bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Certainly, guests are allowed to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks. Additionally, we offer exceptional catering services tailored to your tastes. Please be aware, for safety purposes, glass containers are prohibited on the vessel.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility issues?
We aim to serve all guests including those with mobility challenges. While some of our yachts are equipped with better accessibility features, do let us know your requirements at the time of booking, so we can suggest the most appropriate yacht and arrange for any special accommodations required.
What's your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations made with more than 72 hours notice before the set sail time are fully refunded. Those made between 24 and 72 hours are subject to a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 24 hours do not qualify for a refund, unless the cancellation occurs due to unsuitable weather conditions or mechanical difficulties from our side.
